Notice that the correct exact decimal equivalent of 3 minutes is .05.  

 

   1 min  (.01666...)

+ 2 min  (.03333...)

   3 min  (.05000   )

 

Notice that manually adding the displayed total of the detail record is not as accurate...

the NOVAtime software takes each record to the 4th decimal place (the ten thousandths place)...
